Puerto Rican Almond Cake Recipe  (English Recipe)   This recipe is for the traditional Puerto Rican cake used for Birthdays, Weddings, Anniversaries, and just about every occasion. This delicious Soaked Puerto Rican Cake is also known as Bizcocho Mojadito.
